Wednesday - WOD

 I've moved the times to the right hand side of the blog.  The schedule is pretty much the same and will only shift with my school schedule in the fall.

New toys are here!  abmat, speed rope (I'll get double unders if it kills me), and chalk!  No more slippery hands!
