4th of July -wod

We are in route back to the ranch.  Ill be hitting a 4th evening workout @ 6.

Shoulder press 5x5

Short Metcon:
times 3 for time
12 burpee -pullups
400m run

    5 Deadlifts (2 53-lb kettlebells)
    13 Pushups
    9 Box jumps (24")

    Finished 22 rounds as a team. Looking forward to Wednesday already!
