Monday - WOD


With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up and one handstand push-up the first minute, two pull-ups and two handstand push-ups the second minute, three pull-ups and three handstand push-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.
Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.

Lots going on in our little Garage community.

October 15th we'll be attending the Spartan Race.

I've submitted an official application for CrossFit affiliation!  I believe they're running a few weeks turn around time having just come off the Games.

New bars and new flooring is in the works.  I was hoping to be able to pull it off this week but it looks like it may be next week.  I also hope to finish getting plywood up on the back wall in addition to some improved lighting in there - we'll need it as the summer winds down into fall.
