Wednesday - WOD

Would really like to do the games event 8 posted but we lack a rower or two.

*Wed Evening workout will be at 8pm*

  1. Hey Kip! Thanks for letting us use the garage for today ... you may notice some sweat marks on the floor hahah. Heath and I did "Cindy" and here were the results ...

    Eric = 15 rounds + 5 Pullups and 10 Pushups (humidity was a killer)
    Heath = 9 rounds
