  1. So I've started cutting weight for our weigh in tomorrow for our offices biggest looser. No liquids and very limited solids for the next 24 hours.

    It's like middle school wrestling all over again.

    Made up a WOD by going to the track and doing Helen. Finished in 10:31 and I tried kipping my pullups ... needs some work =).

    I think I'll try and join you tomorrow in the AM for the WOD since it's a 3 x 800m run!
