One of my favorites..


"Helen"
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

  1. awww man ... can't believe I'm going to miss Helen although you're not doing "The Garage" Helen bwahaha. I went surfing around and found a good WOD for when we learn the skill moves behind all the exercises: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lo5hnONjRSs. What do you think?? Maybe not now but hopefully soon!
