  1. Hey Kip! I know I missed Sunday's WOD but it's been a really long time since I've done some strength-work and I did skip out on the deadlifts the last time you did it with Scott.

    This is what I plan on doing as based off of CF Durham's WOD:

    Deadlift
    3-3-3-3-3
    –Rest–
    3 Rounds For Time:
    Run 400m
    21 Burpees

  2. Was going to use tomorrow to play catch up and leave it open. Technically tomorrow is an off day - but you took sunday off.. I *had* to take monday off.. I was hurtin.
