Wednesday - WOD

Rings!  6am.

I feel bad that the first time we get to use rings it's a morning session.


Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups  (Sub 3 pullups and 3 ring dips)
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings


Please be aware that on Thursday there will be no Gym time.  I have a work engagement in Grand Rapids at 8am and classes that evening.  I'll have something posted here that can be done on your own.

  1. Hey Kip! Performed a modified CF open games workout for 2011.

    Workout #1
    10 mins AMRAP
    30 double-unders
    14 KB snatches - 40 lbs. (7 on each arm)

    Got through 4 rounds + 10 more double-unders. The workout packs a punch in such a short time frame!!
