Wednesday - Rest Day

Wednesday I'll be traveling which works well as it is an off day.

the Filthy fifty was rx'd for wed.  I want for us to hit that, but it will have to wait until next week.

    Did Helen (the 3-round version) while you were gone ... 9:48! Went to St. Joe High School for it!

    Just did a 6.5 mile bike ride with both kids in cart.
