Saturday -WOD

Due to a family obligation Saturday will be a bit later in the morning.

10:30 AM

Warm up:

3x
20 double-unders
10 pullups
10 box jumps

WOD:

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps


Cherry on top:

5 minute AMRAP

10 kneeds to elbows
10 burpees

  1. The wife has requested that I sit this one out this week. But when it is at the normal 8ish time I am there. She would like me to go grocery shopping with her in the morning.
